If you are having trouble logging in, your browser security settings may be set too high. Knowledge Direct WEB uses cookies, and so your browser's security settings need to allow this feature. The following will describe how to enable cookies on Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers.

1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the Privacy tab, move the slider to "Medium".

1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
2. Click on the Privacy & Security drop down and then select cookies.
3. Click the "Enable cookies based on privacy settings" radio button and then View.
4. Set the Level of Privacy to "Medium".

1. Choose Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security.
2. Click Always to accept and remember all cookies.

By default Firefox accepts all cookies. To reset the default,

1. Select Tools > OptionsEdit > PreferencesFirefox > Preferences.
2. Click the Privacy panel and then click on the Cookies label.
Click Allow sites to set cookies.
